Learning Observed

Today Heath shared his learning about how the team at OrmPS co-constructed the learning model. He showed that he was collaborative when he showed his presentation. He encouraged the learners to have a group discussion about “What is learning?” etc.  He showed 2 videos and the learners unpacked and sorted out their (our) understandings.(Connected).  He explained learning is more important than outcomes.  The learners is capable to learn all the time, life-long. Heath encouraged learners to look at the logo in different way - not 4C and the learners connected the logo with their (our) understandings of “learning” and curiously find others’ ideas.
